No, it was the sure and absolute knowledge that my colon had been possessed by the ghost of Steve Jobs. Every time I tried to stand up, more came. Even when I finally managed to crawl back to bed, I could only stay there for a few minutes before I heard his voice whispering, "One more thing..."
