It's bloody 2021.  Is it too much to ask for a toilet that automatically senses how far down my scrotum is hanging and raises/lowers the water level in the bowl accordingly to avoid contact?  Seriously, you get that sorted and I guarantee that world peace will follow shortly thereafter.
