I gave myself a gold star the other evening when I remembered to thoroughly wash the jalapeno kettle chip seasoning off of my hands before I took my contact lens out. I made a good choice.
I had to take the gold star away later that evening when I thought it would be a good idea to try and blow my nose while my mouth was full of mouthwash.
...Business as usual then.
